Angus Fletcher
Chief Research Officer
Angus Fletcher (PhD, Yale) is a Professor at Ohio State’s Project Narrative. His research with US Army Special Forces and Joint Special Operations University into up-training visionary leadership, psychological antifragility, and intuitive teamwork has been called “mind-blowing” by Malcolm Gladwell, “life-changing” by Brené Brown, and “revolutionary” by some of the world’s top neuroscientists.
His 2022 publications in Harvard Business Review and The New York Academy of Sciences earned him the 2022 Torrance award for “proving that humans are smarter than computers — and that effective CEOs can see the future.”

Sarah Lagrotteria
Chief Education Officer
Sarah Lagrotteria (MA, Stanford) runs the Just Bloom training program, based on Dr. Angus Fletcher’s pioneering theory of creativity, which has been called “mind-blowing” by Malcolm Gladwell, “life changing” by Brené Brown, and was awarded the 2023 Commendation Medal for “groundbreaking research” with US Army Special Operations.
In 2019, Sarah was honored as one of 50 women nationwide as a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow for women in business. Just Bloom’s training methods have featured in Harvard Business Review, including in the 2024 Best of HBR: How to Lead Now.
Sarah offers her narrative-based workshops privately through Just Bloom and in partnership with the Columbus Museum of Art. Known for bringing clarity and individual attention to her workshops, Sarah inspires industry leaders to unearth the stories that make them resilient and drive change in their organization and themselves.

Katy Scoggin
Chief Strategy Officer
Katy Scoggin brings her signature enthusiasm and listening skills to Just Bloom School’s client onboarding. She assists Sarah in tailoring workshop experiences to client’s specific challenges and opportunities.
She graduated from OSU with a degree in art history and began her career at The Butler Institute of American Art.
She then spent a several years back at her alma mater, designing and executing events, and supporting multiple high level roles within the dean’s office for graduate students and the advancement team in the OSU College of Pharmacy.
